Privacy Policy

The Application provides peptide reconstitution and dosing calculation tools. The Application may collect and process the following categories of information:

• Device information (device model, operating system version, language and region settings)
• Application usage information (features used, screens viewed, session length, crash and performance diagnostics)
• Advertising and analytics identifiers, including Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and other device or app-instance identifiers, where permission has been granted
• Technical information required to operate, maintain, and improve the Application

The Application does not collect or store information intended to directly identify Users, such as name, email address, or physical address, unless voluntarily provided by the User (for example, when contacting support or opting in to marketing communications as described in Section 06).

MOG's core calculator functions — including reconstitution amounts, target concentrations, dosing schedules, and any logs or entries you create within the Application — are stored locally on your device only.

Because this data is stored locally, it is not backed up by MOG and may be lost if you delete the Application or lose access to your device, unless you use your device's own backup mechanism (such as iCloud device backup).

The Application does not use artificial intelligence services to process any information you enter, including calculation inputs, dosing logs, or any other content. No data from the Application is transmitted to third-party AI providers.

The Application may use third-party providers for:

• Advertising, including campaign delivery and attribution (e.g. Google Ads)
• Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics for Firebase)
• App infrastructure, crash reporting, and performance monitoring
• Subscription and in-app purchase management, where applicable

These providers may process device and usage information, including advertising identifiers, to deliver their services, measure campaign performance, and help us understand how the Application is used in aggregate. These providers do not receive the locally-stored calculation, dosing, or health-related log data described in Sections 02 and 04 under any circumstances. Third-party providers are required to handle information according to their own applicable privacy and security practices.

We only send you marketing communications (such as product news or promotional offers) if you affirmatively opt in — for example, by voluntarily providing your email address for that purpose. We do not add you to marketing lists automatically, and we do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in any marketing message, or by contacting us at the address in Section 13. Withdrawing consent does not affect your ability to use the Application's core functionality.

Any in-app or third-party advertising is delivered using device and usage information as described in Sections 01 and 05, and, where applicable, the advertising identifier described in Section 07. Advertising is never based on, targeted using, or informed by the calculation, dosing, or health-related information described in Section 04.

Where required, the Application will request permission before accessing your device's advertising identifier (via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework). You may decline this request, and the Application's core functionality will continue to work without it. You can review or change this permission at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking.

The Application does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16. If such information is discovered to have been collected unintentionally, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

Information described in Section 01 may be used for:

• Operating and maintaining Application functionality
• Measuring and improving advertising campaign performance
• Sending marketing communications to Users who have opted in, as described in Section 06
• Understanding aggregate usage patterns to improve the Application
• Diagnosing and fixing technical issues
• Maintaining security and preventing misuse
• Responding to support requests

Locally-stored calculation and log data persists on your device until you delete it or uninstall the Application. Usage and advertising analytics collected through third-party providers are retained according to those providers' own retention policies, and only for as long as necessary to support the purposes described in this Policy.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Because calculation and log data is stored locally on your device, its security also depends on your device's own security settings (such as passcode or biometric lock).

Users may have rights to:

• Request information about data processing
• Request deletion of information held by us or our third-party providers
• Correct inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for advertising tracking at any time via device settings
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time, as described in Section 06

Because most Application data is stored only on your device, you can delete it directly by clearing data within the Application or uninstalling the Application. Requests concerning any other information may be submitted through the contact details below.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
