All purchases made through CraftyNotes are subject to the pricing displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.
We offer a 30-day refund policy — if you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund review.
All content, text, code, software, designs, graphics, and materials available on CraftyNotes are owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behavior. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the US.

At CraftyNotes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. To qualify, your request must be made through our official support channels and include your order details. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider. After 30 days, we cannot guarantee a refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, excessive refund requests, or clear misuse of the product or service.
